FOOD

Based on our experience 0f our guests’ preferences we offer 4 options for breakfast which are costed separately from the rooms.

  • £10 for an extensive Continental breakfast with tea, coffee, fruit juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, a good selection of cereals, fresh home-made bread/toast, Scottish butteries, locally sourced smoked salmon, cold meats and cheeses, plus jams and marmalade. You can opt to make your own boiled eggs which are freshly laid from a local croft. Dairy and gluten free options can be provided, but we would appreciate advance notice.
  •  £5 for a simpler breakfast of tea, coffee, fruit juices, cereals, yoghurt, a piece of fresh fruit and fresh home-made bread/toast, plus jams and marmalade.

Option 3 is if you prefer a cooked breakfast we have an agreement with the Kylesku Hotel who would be delighted to welcome our guests for their excellent full Scottish breakfast at between £13 and £15.

Option 4 is to have no breakfast as some of our guests prefer to eat en-route to their destination that day.

Many of our guests use the Kylesku Hotel for lunch and evening meal as it has won awards for Restaurant of the Year and for its locally sourced food. There are other hotels and restaurants further afield which we can advise you on.
